Dell EMC Storage & Server End of Life
In the next year, Dell EMC’s Data Domain DD5200, DD4200, DD4500, DD7200, DD9500 and Symmetrix VMAX 40K will have reached End of Life, with the majority of the support for these items officially ending in July 2022.
Experienced data center professionals know that “end of life” does not mean end of useful life. Your systems do not need to be decommissioned, but they do need a sensible maintenance plan. It’s important to know your options when it comes to end of life for your Dell EMC Storage devices. One of them is our Raytrix MVS platform.
Consider CDS and our Raytrix MVS platform a one-stop shop to extend the life of your existing hardware, which in turn increases your return on investment and decreases your total cost of ownership. We are able to provide you with a high level of service -- provided by our level 3 engineers, while also constantly monitoring them for recoverable errors, implementing corrective actions before issues develop, and getting you the parts you need to keep your mission-critical systems up and running.
Raytrix MVS adds peace of mind, and has been known to save 45% off traditional costs. Our platform provides management and monitoring tools for your entire enterprise data storage maintenance footprint, and is able to handle any technical support scenario. It has been designed to work securely within your network environments and is fully compatible with all of your Dell EMC storage solutions. We rely on either a VPN IPSEC solution or SSL-based solution -- which are on two geographically separated servers -- to provide you with the fastest and most reliable encrypted connection to your Dell EMC assets.
The powerful collection of utilities that Raytrix MVS provides allows your, and our, teams to carry out maintenance tasks remotely. Inline diagnostic interfaces with our multi-vendor service support system to communicate directly with your storage arrays, so we can gather additional troubleshooting information and perform needed maintenance tasks. It also allows for our support personnel to hot-swap disk drives, Cisco Industrial Network Directors and other concurrent maintenance hardware using advanced scripting interfaces.
CDS offers End of Life support for many of Dell EMC’s storage solutions. Check and see if we service yours here.
